Simon Says Stamp 2023 STAMPtember Blog Party

Hi friends! Welcome to my post for the Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember 2023 Blog Party! It really is a party with an amazing release and so much inspiration!

You can link to all the inspiration blogs from the Simon Says Blog post and while you are there check out the details to join the party game as well!

For my inspiration cards today, I used the Happy Days stamp set. Walk through how I made them with me and check out the coupon code at the end of my post!

For both of the cards, I started off stamping the image in the bottom right corner of a panel of white cardstock that is slightly smaller than an A2 size. Then I colored the images in with a mix of Copics (C) and Ohuhus:

Flower petals: P4, V330, B340, PB1, B24(C)
Flower centers: Y121, Y3, Y1
Small flowers: V020. P4
Raccoon: W5(C), W3(C), W1(C), W00(C)
Frog: G110, G120, BG68, G322, G3, BG7
Rocks: C5(C), C3(C), C0(C)
Stump: YR9, E43(C), E25(C), YR209

For the sentiment in the card with the adorable raccoon, I embossed it in white on black and propped it up using foam tape. And for the sentiment in the card with the little froggy, I simply stamped it in the upper left corner with black ink.

For final touches for both cards, I used a white gel pen to add a little bit of highlight.

Thank you for stopping by and I hope you like my cards! Visit us on instagram for more inspiration: @stefkloh @simonsaysstamp
